Yahoo and Yahoo Messenger

Is anyone else having problems logging in or seeing proper formatting. Three times today, I've gotten Yahoo mail loading in Rich Text format without the normal data/text configuration blocks loading (graphics issues?). YM just doesn't want to load at all.
