T’was the night before Christmas..

and I’m home working on photos.

Hey folks, just a quick update, because the subject is accurate. I’m busily trying to play catch-up on multiple sets of photos. I’ve completed the Lulu Lunaris – Dr Sketchy set, I’m half way through the Lolita LeVey Pirate Burlesque show (and expect to complete them tonight). I’m also tearing into projects for Jenifer K, and the December Fright Night.

The last few days have been hectic. On Friday night, I drove down the kittenrae’s birthday karaoke party in Burbank. I had a great time and met some really fun folks. I still can’t believe I broke down and sang Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock and Roll” but it was fun. Last night, I accompanied operagirl25 to the Classical Music Association holiday party /gala. Wow! Wonderful company, great food and incredible singing! I’d forgotten how much I’d enjoyed opera. Sigh

Tonight, the house is quiet and I have hamburger helper Yule feast! Happy holiday!

A drive into the countryside – Sierra Drive (10 Nov 06)

Last month, I drove up to Porterville and spent a day with my good friend Monica. It was one of the reasons my Mojave Golf Course photos were a bit rushed (as pointed out to me). Before having a wonderful dinner and great conversation, we drove up into the Sierra Nevada Mountains and took in the scenery.
